Community conduct

SiegeQueue is built for fair queues and transparent overlays. You must not attempt to spoof identities, evade bans, overload infrastructure, brute-force ingestion endpoints, or harvest non-public data without explicit permission.

Licenses

Paid features & ads

Optional subscriptions, tipping rails, tipping badges, Twitch extensions, TikTok gifting splits, storefront embeds—insert fee schedule + refund SLA + Stripe Customer Portal language when live. Monetized traffic must abide by FTC endorsement guides and our Advertising & disclosures page.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowable, aggregate liability equals the greater of (a) fees you paid SiegeQueue in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100, unless superseded by non-waivable consumer protections. We disclaim indirect, punitive, speculative, incidental, consequential, reputational, or lost-revenue damages except where unlawful to exclude.

Disputes & governing law

Insert governing law/state, mandatory arbitration/opt-out window, exceptions for small claims, class action waiver (US), consumer protection carve-outs EU/UK, injunctive relief for cheats.

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes emailed to active streamers posted 14 days beforehand unless emergency security patch language applies.
