Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least the age of digital consent in your region (typically 13+ with parental oversight or 18+).
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials tied to TikTok relays, Twitch tokens, OBS URLs, broadcaster APIs, dashboards, overlays, SSE streams, moderation logs, webhook secrets.
- You must provide accurate signup data; impersonation violates these Terms.
Community conduct
SiegeQueue is built for fair queues and transparent overlays. You must not attempt to spoof identities, evade bans, overload infrastructure, brute-force ingestion endpoints, or harvest non-public data without explicit permission.
- Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, violence threats, cheats, wagering without licenses, circumventing Twitch/TOS, circumventing TikTok Live rules, infringing Ubisoft copyrights (maps, charms, thumbnails) stay prohibited.
- Adult content overlays must comply with Twitch/Mature classifications and local law.
Licenses
- We retain rights to the SiegeQueue codebase, UX, overlays, typography, dashboards, SSE channels, moderation AI prompts (future), telemetry schemas.
- You grant us limited license to process content you intentionally route through relays solely to fulfill the Services.
- Player-submitted overlays must respect third-party IP; you indemnify us against DMCA/abuse stemming from rogue assets.
Paid features & ads
Optional subscriptions, tipping rails, tipping badges, Twitch extensions, TikTok gifting splits, storefront embeds—insert fee schedule + refund SLA + Stripe Customer Portal language when live. Monetized traffic must abide by FTC endorsement guides and our Advertising & disclosures page.
Disclaimers
- Services shipped “AS IS” / “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim implied warranties merchantability fitness non-infringement except where barred.
- Uptime targets are aspirational until you negotiate an enterprise SLA backed by paging rotation + credit schedule.
- We disclaim responsibility for third-party platform outages or enforcement actions affecting TikTok/Twitch ingestion.
- You acknowledge SiegeQueue is not affiliated with Ubisoft; mention Ubisoft Trademark Policy if using official marks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowable, aggregate liability equals the greater of (a) fees you paid SiegeQueue in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100, unless superseded by non-waivable consumer protections. We disclaim indirect, punitive, speculative, incidental, consequential, reputational, or lost-revenue damages except where unlawful to exclude.
Disputes & governing law

Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes emailed to active streamers posted 14 days beforehand unless emergency security patch language applies.
